Cory Deville - Running for Mayor of Toronto in 2026

My name is Cory Deville, and I’m running to Become The Next Mayor of Toronto on a People First Platform in Partnership with Local Business in this 2026 Municipal election. Let me tell you a bit about myself.

It is in daring to be worthy of my ambition that I dare to fight for a future where People Focused Policy becomes the new standard of politics in Toronto. Let me tell you a little bit about me. I'm a graduate of the University of Toronto with an academic focus in Philosophy with a deep exploration into the wonders of the human spirit, and its potential and its nature.

My innocent curiosity, admiration for wisdom, and pursuit to be worthy of my ambition has been my guiding compass in life. My work would later include minor studies in Political Science and Economics, recognizing the necessity of supplementing my education with pragmatic disciplines that would support my long term ambition to lead in spaces of social impact, politics, and leadership.

I spent 15 years in the small to medium business space, working with startups and high growth ventures to help them scale. My work focused on business development, management consulting, strategy, brand development, competitive go-to-market execution, and sales infrastructure.

At my core, I, Cory Deville, am a man grounded in self respect, autonomy, and the pursuit of self authorship. I carry both ferocity and compassion, extending my strength to others who are still building their own. My sincere aim is to build the Toronto of Tomorrow, Today; and a Future where the pursuit of excellence is not the exception, but the standard.
